Pursuant to section 338(1)(a) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold lands described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of Kaumātua Flats for the common use and benefit of the Ngāi Te Ahi hapū of Ngāti Ranginui Iwi and to be known as Te Urumingi.
