Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Christchurch City Council, acting under delegation from the Minister of Conservation, pursuant to a resolution dated 14 April 2015, hereby changes the classification of the parts of the local purpose (drainage) reserve described in the Schedule hereto to recreation reserve.
