Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

  1. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, as to the land firstly, secondly and thirdly described, becomes road, limited access road and State highway pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, and shall vest in the Crown;
  2. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road which, as to the land firstly, sixthly, seventhly and eighthly described, becomes road, limited access road and State highway pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, and all shall remain vested in the Crown;
  3. Pursuant to section 20(1), declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip), and shall vest in the Crown; and
  4. Pursuant to section 52(1), declares that the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice is set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip), and shall remain vested in the Crown

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
