Classification of Reserve

Under section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977 and on behalf of the Minister of Conservation under an instrument of delegation dated 12 June 2013, the Dunedin City Council resolved at its meeting on 1 August 2017 to classify that part of the reserve described in the Schedule as recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
