Pursuant to section 236(5) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand, hereby revokes the building restriction contained in paragraph (b) of the notice dated 27 November 2002 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 December 2002, No. 176, page 4425 (GN 5432599.6), on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
