Reservation of Land, Classification of Reserve and Appointment of the Auckland Council to Control and Manage a Reserve
Under the Land Act 1948, the Director Operations, Auckland, of the Department of Conservation with the consent of the Minister of Land Information, hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule as a reserve, classifies the reserve as a recreation reserve and appoints the Auckland Council to control and manage the reserve for that purpose.
