Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares, pursuant to section 116, the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further, pursuant to section 117(3)(b), to be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948, being part of the riverbed of the Water of Leith, and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
