Under section 24(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977, and acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the New Plymouth District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 5 September 2017, changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from recreation reserve to a local purpose (community purposes and recreation) reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act.
