Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Christine Anderson, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to agreements to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for communication purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, and further declares, pursuant to section 42(3)(b) shall be Crown Land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
