Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Thames-Coromandel District Council, acting under delegation from the Minister of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule to this notice from recreation purposes to local purpose (emergency services and community buildings) reserve.
