Under the Reserves Act 1977 (“Act”), and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the General Manager, Community Facilities, Auckland Council, declares the land in the Schedule is reclassified from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (community buildings) reserve and subject to the Act.
