Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Operations Manager, Auckland, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule, as scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Act, and declares that the reserve form part of the Smyth Bush Scenic Reserve.
