Pursuant to sections 20, 50 and 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired and declared road, excepting such mines of coal and other minerals not taken by Proclamation 6606 pursuant to section 16 of the Public Works Act 1908, and shall vest in the Auckland Council, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and section 129 of the Ngā Mana Whenua o Tāmaki Makaurau Collective Redress Act 2014 which provides for the Auckland Council to become the RFR landowner of the land subject to the obligations of an RFR landowner under Part 4 of the Ngā Mana Whenua o Tāmaki Makaurau Collective Redress Act 2014, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
