The Director Operations, Auckland Region, Department of Conservation, declares that the land described in the Schedule shall be set apart, under section 167 of the Land Act 1948, as a local purpose reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and classifies the land as a local purpose (community buildings) reserve and further vests the land in the Auckland Council subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
