Under the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting General Manager, Community Facilities, Auckland Council, classifies the land described in the First Schedule to be a recreation reserve and classifies the land described in the Second Schedule to be a local purpose (community buildings) reserve, both subject to the Reserves Act.
