Recommendation That Māori Freehold Land be Included in a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby included in the Māori reservation known as Te Ariuru Marae constituted by a notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 April 1997, No. 32, page 792, and expanded to include further land by a notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 July 2006, No. 78, page 2461, for the purpose of a marae, urupā and Tauranga waka for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Te Aotawarirangi.
All that piece of land situated in Block IV, Tokomaru Survey District and described as follows:
