Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in First and Second Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117(3)(b) and 120(3):

1. the area described in the First Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 751787 subject to Mortgage 10698423.3; and
2. the area described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 751788 subject to Mortgage 10702610.3

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
