Setting Apart Crown Land Reserved for Māori as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(1)(a) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Crown Land reserved for Māori described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of an urupā for the common use and benefit of the uri of Ngāti Awa, Ngāti Rangitihi and Tūwharetoa ki Kawerau.
