Pursuant to section 191(8) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares that part of the secondary use of recreation purposes and vesting over land held for a public work (development of water power), authorised by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 February 1985, No. 32, page 675, registered as document GN537402.1 Canterbury Registration District, is revoked with respect to the land described in the Schedule from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
