- Pursuant to section 20(1) and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) which shall vest in the Hutt City Council; and
- Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 52(4), set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) which shall remain vested in the Hutt City Council
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
