Under section 355 of the Resource Management Act 1991 (in accordance with section 41 of the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011), the Minister of Conservation vests the fee simple estate of the area of reclaimed coastal land as described in the Schedule to this notice in the Sandspit Yacht Club Incorporated.
