Under the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Christchurch City Council hereby amends the notice titled “Declaration That Land is a Reserve”, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 November 2016, Issue No. 104, Notice No. 2016-ln6509, by deleting from the heading and from the text of the notice the word

“reserve”

and replacing it with

“recreation reserve”.
