Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 116(1), declares the road described in the First and Second Schedules hereto to be stopped;
2. Pursuant to sections 117(3)(b) and 120(3), declares the stopped road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register CB47D/925, subject to the rights, interests, easements and underlying encumbrances contained therein on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette; and
3. Pursuant to sections 117(3)(b) and 120(3), declares the stopped road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register CB47D/522, subject to the rights, interests, easements and underlying encumbrances contained therein on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
