Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Operations Manager, Department of Conservation, Auckland, declares that the recreation reserve described in the Schedule, known as the Parakai Recreation Reserve, is to be known as Kaipātiki.
