Pursuant to section 338(1)(a) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a landing place to be held for the common use and benefit of the owners of Te Kaha 67B2 Block to Te Kaha 67B8 Block (inclusive) and including the people of New Zealand.
