Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of stopped road described in the Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA1087/132, pursuant to section 120(3), subject to Land Covenants in Easement Instrument 7135252.3 and Easement Instrument 7135252.23, together with a right to emit noise, dust and smoke created by Easement Instrument 7135252.23, subject to Mortgage 7402997.3 and Variation of Mortgage 8920657.2, and subject to Climate Change Response Act 2002 Notice 9115112.1 (affecting Part Allotments 350, 350A, 364 and 381, and Allotments 425, 434, 435 and 437 Waipu Parish and Part Section 7 Block X Waipu Survey District), on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
