Amending Notice—Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—Koitiata, Rangitikei District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice titled “Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—Koitiata, Rangitikei District”, dated 10 May 2017 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 May 2017, No. 52, Notice No. 2017-ln2277, by deleting the recitals (a) and (b) and the First and Second Schedules to the notice; and replacing it with recitals (a) and (b) and the First and Second Schedules to this notice:

“(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 704762, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 704763 subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
