Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for soil conservation and river control and shall vest in the Wellington Regional Council, subject to section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950 and Consent Notice 10658548.1, together with the right of way in Easement Instrument 10658548.3, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
