Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hutt City Council gives notice that following a resolution dated 23 May 2017, the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby changed from local purpose reserve (community use) to recreation reserve for the purposes specified in section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977.
