Naming of Reserves—Queenstown Lakes District

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby gives notice that resolutions to the following effect were passed by the council on the following dates:

30 July 2015

“That, pursuant to section 16(10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as reserve Lot 603, DP 488075, Shotover Country, Queenstown, shall henceforth be known as Blackbird Hill”.

30 July 2015

“That, pursuant to section 16(10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as reserve Lot 600, DP 485096 - 0.399600 Ha CT- 688770, Jones Ave, Shotover Country, Queenstown, shall henceforth be known as Richmond Park”.

30 July 2015

“That, pursuant to section 16(10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as Lot 1101 DP 501112 - 0.392900 Ha CT- 747883, Shotover Country, Queenstown, shall henceforth be known as Marley Wood Track”.

30 July 2015

“That, pursuant to section 16(10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as Lot 200, DP 497935, William Rees Place, Kelvin Heights, shall henceforth be known as Rees Homestead Park”.

23 February 2017

“That, pursuant to section 16(10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as Lot 1102, DP 501112, Shotover Country, shall henceforth be known as Sunnymead Path”.

6 April 2017

“That, pursuant to section 16(10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as Lot 401 DP 361422 and Lot 406, DP 361422, Luggate, shall henceforth be known as Taylor Park”.
