Setting Land Apart as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule is set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of leaving the land in its natural state, timber reserve, place of cultural, historical and scenic interest. The Māori reservation shall be held for the benefit of the beneficial owners and their descendants and will be known as Te Maipi 7C3A1 and 7A4 Māori Reservation.
All the land known as Te Maipi 7C No. 7A Section 3 Block and Te Maipi 7C No. 7A Section 4 Block situated in Block V Kaiwhata Survey District and described as follows:
