Under section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and on behalf of the Minister of Conservation under instrument of delegation dated 12 June 2013, the Dunedin City Council resolved at its meeting on 28 March 2017 to classify the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as local purpose (community) reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
