Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice titled “Severance Taken—State Highway 5, Tapapa Curves, South Waikato District”, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 July 2016, Issue No. 64, Notice No. 2016-ln4104 (GN 10509705.3), by deleting the second and thirdly described parcels in the Schedule of that notice and replacing them with the following:

“2.4030 Part Section 190 Selwyn Settlement; shown as Section 4 on SO 486881, together with the right of way specified in Easement Certificate H990368.1 (part Computer Interest Register 602667).
4.0247 Part Section 190 Selwyn Settlement; shown as Section 5 on SO 486881, subject to and together with Transfer H990368.3 and together with the right of way specified in Easement Certificate H990368.1 (part Computer Interest Register 602667).”
