Pursuant to the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act 2016, I, The Honourable Dame Patsy Reddy, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be taken for the purposes of The Frame – South – Christchurch City and to vest in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.
