Pursuant to section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, the Nelson City Council, by reason of an error in the notice described subsequently, hereby revokes the notice titled “Classification of Reserve”, dated 23 May 2016 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 June 2016, Issue No. 50, Notice No. 2016–ln3043.
