In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegated authority under the Reserves Act 1977, the Whangarei District Council notifies the following resolution passed by the council on 11 September 2013:

“That, pursuant to section 24A of the Act, the purpose of the land described in the Schedule is hereby changed from local purpose (off street parking) reserve to local purpose (site for a centennial museum) reserve”.
