Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Permissions/Statutory Land Management Manager, Dunedin Shared Services Centre, Department of Conservation, revokes the reservation over the reserve described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Auckland Council in such manner and terms and conditions as the council determines.
