Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(1)(a) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation to be known as the Mimihanui 1G Reservation for the purpose of a meeting place, landing place, bathing place and fishing/food gathering place for the common use and benefit of the uri of Enoka Teko Ngatai and Ataraita Adelaide Ngatai.
