Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand, pursuant to section 116(1), declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice be stopped and, pursuant to section 52(1)(d), to be set apart for functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and to remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
