Amending a Notice—Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes
Pursuant to section 15(b) of the Interpretation Act 1999, and pursuant to authority delegated to me, I, Jerome Sheppard, Associate Deputy Secretary, Infrastructure Delivery, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby amend the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 October 2015, Issue No. 109, Notice No. 2015-ln5741, by deleting the land described in the schedule below.
