Pursuant to section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Invercargill City Council hereby notifies that a resolution was passed by the council on 28 May 2014 classifying the reserve described in the Schedule as local purpose (quarry) reserve (Greenhills Quarry Reserve).
