Notice of Direction for the Disposition of the Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society
Pursuant to Section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that, consequent to the dissolution on 24 June 2009 of the above-named incorporated society (formerly called The Women’s Division Federated Farmers of New Zealand Upper Hutt and The Women’s Division Federated Farmers of New Zealand Upper Hutt Inc), its surplus asset, being:
Mortgage B439495.3 registered against the estate in fee simple in all the land containing 506m2, more or less, being Lot 110 DP 2476 comprised in Certificate of Title WN555/37 (Wellington Registration District) be vested in Rural Women New Zealand Incorporated (Incorporated Society No.: 215635) (formerly called The Women’s Division Federated Farmers of New Zealand (Incorporated)) an incorporated society under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
This direction shall become final on 24 March 2017. No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
