Osteopathic Council (Fees) Notice 2017

Pursuant to Part 6, sections 130(1) and 131(1) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 (“HPCA Act”), the Osteopathic Council makes the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Osteopathic Council (Fees) Notice 2017.

(2) This notice comes into force on 17 February 2017.

(3) The Osteopathic Council (Fees) Notice 2016, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 July 2016, Issue No. 64, Notice No. 2016-gs4209, is revoked.

2. Fees—(1) The fees set out in the Schedule are payable for the matters to which they relate.

(2) The fees payable under this notice are payable to the Osteopathic Council.

3. Goods and services tax—The fees set out in the Schedule are exclusive of goods and services tax.
