Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 6 December 2016 the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to section 242(1)(e) of the Act, that Gary Horne be suspended from practice as a barrister or as a solicitor, or as both, for a period of three months from 1 February 2017.
