Pursuant to section 83(1) of the Motor Vehicle Sales Act 2003, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has appointed

Brett Robert Carter, of Auckland

as an adjudicator for the Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal for a term of five years commencing on 15 February 2017 and expiring on 14 February 2022.
