Pursuant to section 94D of the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002, I, Justin Mark Lester, give notice of extension of the local transition period currently in force immediately prior to the end of the transition period notified on 11 January 2017, being 8 February 2017.

The Recovery Manager for the purposes of the transition period is Michael Anthony Mendonça.

The extended transition period expires 28 days after the date of this notice (unless extended in accordance with the Act).
