Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, and under delegated authority, I revoke the notice and subsequent amendment of the direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Piopio College Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 December 2015, Issue No. 141, Notice No. 2015-go7452 and New Zealand Gazette, 26 January 2017, Issue No. 8, Notice No. 2017-go331).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
