Pursuant to section 88(1) of the Substance Addiction (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 2017, I, John Crawshaw, Director of Addiction Services, designate Dr Michael Doran as Director of Area Addiction Services (Area Directors) for Capital and Coast, Hutt Valley, and Wairarapa District Health Boards.

Dr Michael Doran is appointed to three District Health Boards (DHBs), as defined in Schedule 1 of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000.
