Pursuant to section 156AI of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“Act”), on 30 November 2017 the Minister of Broadcasting, Communications and Digital Media approved the Deed of Open Access Undertakings submitted by Rural Connectivity Group Limited for approval on 13 September 2017 in accordance with section 156AH of the Act.
