Under section 60A(1)(ba) of the Education Act 1989, I hereby revoke the notice titled “National Standards” dated 14 October 2009 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 October 2009, No. 157, page 3813, and the notice titled “Nga Whanaketanga Rumaki Maori” dated 18 October 2010 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 December 2010, No. 173, page 4252.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
